The situation
Night shift and the language barrier
A guest who cannot get through books another hotel.
- ✕At night reservations are not taken
- ✕The same questions about rooms and breakfast
- ✕Foreign guests speak another language
- ✕Late cancellations are not recorded
- ✕Reception is overloaded with small questions
Benefit
What this gives the hotel
A reservation is taken at any hour and in any language.
Process
How it works
From the call to a confirmed reservation, anytime.
Costs
What it saves
Night shift and repeatedly answered questions.
Technology
How a call reaches the artificial intelligence
The call travels through your number's SIP channel into the pliurpk engine, is turned into text, processed and returned as voice. You hear an ordinary phone conversation.
Number
The most important part: the number needs SIP access
For the call to reach the artificial intelligence, the number must have SIP access. That is the only real technical condition — and I sort it out with you.
- ✕If you have a SIP trunk or a virtual number — I connect it in minutes
- ✕If the number is an ordinary one, for example Telia, without SIP — it can be ported to kalbu.lt, where you get the SIP credentials
- ✕If porting is not possible — another provider with SIP is chosen, including SIP trunk or DND solutions
- ✕If you want a brand-new number — I prepare a new DID number that works immediately
- ✕You only give consent and the latest invoice — I handle the porting, credentials and tests
Setup
Launch in five steps
Each step is short, and I prepare the first working version within a few days.
Demo version
Try it before you pay — everything runs in demo mode
There is a demo version: the dashboard, the phone, the voices and the accounting work with no sign-up and no charge. Try it yourself, then decide.
- ✕Dashboard in demo mode
- ✕Phone in the browser
- ✕Voice gallery
- ✕Accounting without sign-up
Reservations
Bookings and the active card
In development: the system will show free slots, take the booking and create an active card that both you and your client will see through a secure link.
Estimate
Estimate, approval and invoice
In development: the estimate will go to the client, they will approve it with one tap, the work will start and when it is done Books will issue the invoice.
Integrations
I connect to what you already use
The artificial intelligence does not work in isolation — it exchanges data with your systems.
Security
Data, recordings and control
The solution runs within European data protection rules, and every call can be replayed.
- ✕Data is stored in the European Union
- ✕Role-based access — only what is needed is visible
- ✕Every call has a recording and a transcript
- ✕Compliance with data protection requirements
- ✕Automatic data deletion is available when the term ends
Protection
Unwanted calls and senders — blocked
You add the numbers and e-mail addresses you do not want. The AI will not answer them and will not process their messages.
- ✕Call blocking by number
- ✕E-mail sender blocking
- ✕Reason and list
- ✕Works across all channels at once
Demo
Try the hotel demo line
The demo phone takes a reservation and answers about rooms and services.
Listen to a sample call
I will adapt the languages and room types to the hotel.
Campaigns
Outbound calls and scheduled e-mails
You create a campaign: a list, a topic and instructions. The system calls at the set time or sends the e-mail on schedule, and the result appears in the report.
Free accounting
Books — a free accounting program, always free
Books is the most modern AI-powered accounting system: tell it what needs doing and it does everything — invoices, expenses, reports. You never pay for it.
Email AI — automatic e-mails and their handling
The same engine answers incoming e-mails: it detects the topic, replies in the client language, attaches documents and hands complex ones to you. Outgoing e-mails are sent by campaigns and reminders.
Chat
Chat AI — smart chat on your website
One chat window is placed on your website. It answers from the same knowledge base as voice and e-mail, captures contacts, takes bookings and hands the conversation to you.
Pricing
Transparent plans with no fine print
You pay for the minutes you actually use. For the first two months all plans get a fifty per cent discount.
Team
Who built it and who is accountable
The solution is built and backed by Aurimas and a top-level engineering team working across six countries.
Access
Team members and their permissions
You connect up to ten team members to the account and give each a role: administrator, operator, viewer or accountant.
Control
You are in charge, not the system
The solution is transparent: you can replay, correct and stop it at any time.
- ✕Every call can be replayed and read
- ✕Change answers in one place — it changes for everyone
- ✕No long-term contracts — stop whenever you want
- ✕A monthly fee with no hidden charges
- ✕If an answer is wrong — I fix it the same day
Offer
First two months −50 % and a free start
For the first two months all services get a fifty per cent discount. I prepare the foundation for free.
Conversation
What a hotel manager would ask
Questions about reservations, languages and integrations.
The company director asksCan it be linked to the reservation system?
Yes. If the system has an API — the reservation goes straight into it. If not, it is kept separately and passed to your team in an agreed way.
The company director asksWill the AI really speak the guest's language?
Yes, it recognises the language and answers in it. For hotels this is one of the biggest advantages, because you do not need a night-shift person who speaks many languages.
The company director asksCan it take special requests?
Yes. Bed linen, baby cot, late arrival — everything is recorded and passed to the team.
The company director asksWhy is it worth it?
Because a reservation taken at night would otherwise be lost. For the first two months I apply a 50% discount, and I set up the foundation for free.
